2 months from For Sale board up, to completion
2 months to the day, I facilitated the sale of a house for my client. The board went up on Boxing Day 2017 and today, I handed the keys over to the purchaser! So, what did I do? I made some small changes in the home, which made a big difference in its presentation and appeal; negotiated the fee with the agent; wrote the property description; chose the photographs used; attended the viewings; 2 days later, negotiated and agreed an acceptable price and then attended the surveys. The benefit to both the purchaser and the vendor, was that I was instrumental in saving them money, by answering and accommodating their queries, instead of them asking their solicitors.
